The Virginia Creeper Trail is a nationally acclaimed Rails-to-Trails project that draws visitors from all across the country. Whether you’re visiting the region specifically for the Creeper Trail or visiting for another reason and wish to enjoy the trail while you’re here, we think you’ve made a great choice. Southwest Virginia is a great place for a relaxing getaway. In addition to the VCT, there are many other outdoor adventures available including paddling and fishing on the South Holston River and hiking in the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area.
